When a physician has made a diagnosis and has recommended any therapy then an annual office visit is good patient care. Annual renewal provides the patient with a stronger and more timely positive defense.

How can I get a Free Annual Renewal?

• Send an email with contact information for you and the new referral patient.
• Every qualified patient you refer will receive a $10 discount.
• When you refer 10 qualified patients to our office you will receive a Free Renewal.

What if I refer less than 10 qualified patients?

A discount will be applied to your annual renewal for any referred qualified patients.
